Right of revocation

If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Please note the item is your respsonsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, address, e-mail adress, order number and the reason for return and should be forwarded in the original packing.

However, the right to return does not apply to

1. Custom-made items – items which are tailored to your own specifications;

2. Items that by reason of their nature cannot be returned;
